Fire Inside The Heart

Fall is drawing near

As My Heart is full of Love

With many shed Tears

The leaves are turning Orange and Brown

As the Wind in Blowing with the whistle of sound

Who will hear my cry?

The Spirit in the sky

I will get my things together

As Changes are beginning in the weather

It will soon be near winter here

I have my Heart Felt visions near

The fire inside the heart

Will give me the desire to start

When winter comes and snow hits the ground

The snow will be falling with a whistling sound

The Mountains will be crying to the sound of the wild

The Love of the Cherokee’s heart will make you smile

I know from Fire inside my heart

Will never be far apart

I will listen to the fallen rocks

As the turning of the season brings

Also, the cold winter rains

The wolves will be lurking in the Night

As I see the guiding Moonlight

Another day is coming soon

As my heart is beating with the moon

I will wait for you this year

The fire in my heart will be waiting here
