I Prayed All Day

I had you on my mind

All day today

I know God will answer my prayer

In his own Way and time.

But, I Prayed All Day today

I could not get you off my mind.

I know you are fighting for your life

"Oh, Please , fight, and reach out and come back to us"

Sometimes, All I can do is Pray all day.

"I am not in charge of your destination"

You have been my best friend, my mother, and even like a sister at times

I have cried and cried without much difference in mind.

It is in Gods hands but , still, I prayed all day today

I kissed my ring you gave me several times today

Then I would pray .

I feel so close to you in Spirit

I know you are not in pain right now

God has taken that away some how.

I love you, I miss you, I even started to call you at home

But, I know you are in the hospital.

" Have you ever heard of anything so silly".

I will pray and pray for ever more

Until we see what is in store.

So, from my heart to yours

Peace, I pray for you, and Gods' Will

I pray for the acceptances of what will be and for me today

All , I can do is Pray.
